Free Trial Policy
All new customers are eligible for a free 24-hour trial. We strongly encourage you to test the service before purchasing. The free trial provides full access to all channels, 4K streams, and VOD content, allowing you to evaluate Nord IPTV thoroughly before paying.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered: If your subscription credentials were never delivered after payment
- Sustained technical failure: If the service has been completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end, and we have been unable to resolve the issue
- Billing error: If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a billing error on our part
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- Your internet connection is insufficient to stream IPTV content
- Your device is incompatible with IPTV players
- Specific channels you expected are not available (we recommend verifying channel availability during your free trial)
- Your account was suspended due to Terms of Service violations
- After 7 days from the date of purchase for monthly plans
- After 14 days from the date of purchase for annual plans
How to Request a Refund
