These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nord IPTV service provided at nordiptv.shop ("Service"). By purchasing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Service Description

Nord IPTV provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) service that delivers streaming video content over the internet. The Service includes access to live TV channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guides.

2. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles as described on our pricing page.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase. Annual plans are charged in full upfront.
• All prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

3. Free Trial

New customers may receive a free 24-hour trial. The trial provides full access to all features. Only one trial per customer is permitted. We reserve the right to refuse trials at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial viewing only
• Not share, resell, or redistribute your subscription credentials
• Not use the Service to broadcast, capture, or commercially exploit content
• Not use automated systems to access the Service
• Comply with all applicable local laws in your country of residence

5. Connection Limits

Each plan includes a set number of simultaneous connections (1–5 depending on plan). Exceeding your connection limit may result in temporary service interruption or account suspension without refund.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. However, Nord IPTV does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and exceptional circumstances may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

7. Content

Nord IPTV is a technical streaming infrastructure provider. The availability of specific channels may vary due to technical or third-party factors outside our control. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel or programme at any given time.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the Service. In cases of policy violation, no refund will be issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nord IPTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable European Union law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the EU member state applicable to your location.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated 14 days in advance.
